LaWanda Scott is Chief Executive Officer, President of The Dulchey Group, LLC, (“Dulchey”) responsible for executive guidance, worldwide research, and effective marketing campaigns. Dulchey is a global leader of consumer market research exclusively for the Spa Industry and Beauty Professionals. Dulchey monitors daily consumer opinion surveys globally. Our research influences every aspect of the SPA Industry, representing a diverse array of Spa-Goers across the globe. Dulchey is a powerful yet distinguished leader of Consumer Spa Research & Marketing. LaWanda founded The Dulchey Group back in 2006 as part of her life-long passion and interest in plush Spas. The following years she began developing an effective plan and approach to exclusively represent consumer based intelligence for Spas & Beauty Consultants. LaWanda has a strong background in the core aspects of executive business such as, Marketing, Research, Client Services, Executive Management, Consumer Relations, Public Affairs, Non-Profit, Advertising, and Professional Sales.

Over the past 10 years, LaWanda has held many key leadership roles professionally and within her community such as; working as an Advertising Account Executive, serving as a Board of Director; Vice-President & President of a Georgia Corporate Non-Profit Organization; Marketing Director for a 200-Unit-Complex Development; and prior to her professional experience LaWanda interned with the most recognized name in news CNN, along with the State Department in Tennessee.

LaWanda subscribes and adheres to the AAPOR, SAPOR, and WAPOR code of professional ethics in public opinion surveys and holds memberships in the Atlanta Broadcasting Association Club (ABAC), the National Kidney Foundation, the International Radio & Television Society – Alpha Epsilon Rho, along with former memberships in the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ).

LaWanda is an avid Spa-Goer & Spa Enthusiast who travels across the world touring Spas leisurely and professionally. LaWanda graduated from Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Mass Communications. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
